Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a hands-on Creative Traffic Manager to lead end-to-end creative workflows. You will create realistic timelines, coordinate assignments, track approvals, and keep deliverables moving using our project management tools.

You will establish clear processes, reduce bottlenecks, and partner with creative partners and stakeholders to improve speed and reliability of delivery in a fast-paced environment onsite at Plexus HQ.

Qualifications

• Project experience managing multiple creative or marketing projects from intake to delivery.
• Ability to develop realistic timelines and forecast resource needs.
• Coordinate across contributors and drive progress without direct supervision.
• Strong problem solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience improving workflows and project visibility in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans reflecting objectives, milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate creative projects from intake through final approval and go‑live.
• Forecast timing and resources across concurrent projects and adjust plans as priorities change.
• Use project management software to monitor assignments, deadlines and status.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders and facilitate approvals to move work forward.
