Job summary

Plexus Worldwide is seeking a Creative Traffic Manager to lead the flow of creative work from request through launch, building timelines, coordinating assignments, and using Plexus’ project management software to keep deliverables moving. This role emphasizes clear status updates, risk identification, and collaboration with stakeholders, onsite at our Scottsdale HQ.

You will help the Traffic team improve processes, establish structured workflows, and drive faster, more reliable creative delivery

Qualifications

• Project Experience: Managed multiple creative or marketing projects from intake to delivery.
• Planning & Execution: Develop realistic timelines and manage dependencies as priorities shift.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align contributors and drive progress without direct supervision.
• Communication & Problem Solving: Surface risks and facilitate decisions across teams.
• Tools & Process: Improve workflows and use project management software effectively.
• Location: Ability to work onsite daily in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans reflecting objectives, resources, milestones, and deadlines.
• Coordinate creative projects from inception through final approval and go-live.
• Forecast timing and resources across concurrent projects and adjust plans as priorities change.
