Qualifications
- 7+ years in creative recruiting or talent production roles.
- Strong network across creative, design, and production.
- Ability to evaluate portfolios and work samples.
- Experience managing salary expectations and headcount budgets.
- Familiarity with resource management and ATS tools.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and pipeline full-time creative and production talent.
- Source niche talent ahead of headcount needs.
- Collaborate with Casting, Creative Directors, Producers, and Ops.
- Oversee offer management and onboarding processes.
- Track headcount spend and salary bands with Finance/HR.
