Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a creative Technician to perform on-site repairs on surfaces such as tubs, cabinets, floors and furniture. You will use color matching and hands-on skills to complete 4+ repairs daily while delivering strong customer service and clear communication with residents and staff.

You'll work with a trained team, follow a unique 5-step repair process, and carry a compact toolkit. The role emphasizes problem solving, adaptability, and learning new skills in a growing trade.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience doing manual work such as construction or manufacturing, painting or sculpting.
• Must be able to lift 15–20 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Background in facilities maintenance is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site every day.
• Work on-location while providing excellent customer service and communication.
• Problem-solve across diverse settings like apartments, hotels or construction sites.
• Treat residents and staff with exceptional service and update CRM notes.
• Follow our 5-step repair process and master each tool in your kit.
