Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in creative project management or operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, integrated campaigns across brand, digital, and production.
• Strong scheduling, resourcing and budgeting skills with risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• Ability to translate briefs into executable project plans and workflows.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, freelancers, and production partners.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day PM of Creative Studio work from intake through final delivery.
• Translate briefs into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and owners.
• Develop and maintain workback schedules and project trackers across multiple projects.
• Lead status meetings, document decisions, and maintain accountability across teams.
• Balance priorities and protect teams from operational drag while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand Marketing, Content, Social, Partnerships, Events and Communications.
• Source, onboard, and manage external vendors and production partners as needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet creative and brand standards and are launch-ready.
