Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in creative project management or related field.
• Experience managing complex, integrated work across brand, digital, social, and events.
• Strong fundamentals in scoping, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, risk management and alignment.
• Experience with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day PM of Creative Studio work from intake through final delivery.
• Translate briefs into clear project plans, timelines, workstreams, milestones, owners and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain workback schedules and project trackers across multiple concurrent projects.
• Establish clear priorities, dependencies, decision points, and approval processes.
• Monitor project health, identify risks or blockers, and develop practical solutions.
• Lead project status meetings, document decisions, and maintain accountability across teams.
• Balance competing priorities and resources across the Creative Studio.
• Protect creative teams from operational drag while ensuring stakeholder visibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, tools, and ways of working.
• Build scalable creative operations practices to support growth.
