Job summary

U.S. Soccer is seeking a highly organized Senior Project Manager to join the Creative Studio.

This role coordinates intake through delivery, linking Brand Marketing, Content, Social, Partnerships, Events, and Communications to keep priorities and timelines clear. The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years in creative project management, with hands-on production experience, strong Airtable proficiency, and the ability to balance resources across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in creative project management or related discipline.
• Experience managing complex, integrated creative work across brand, digital, social, video, content, and design.
• Strong project management fundamentals including scoping, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day project management of Creative Studio work from intake through final delivery.
• Coordinate Creative Studio intake, gather requirements, confirm deliverables, and ensure briefs are production-ready.
• Translate briefs into clear project plans, timelines, workstreams, milestones, owners, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain workback schedules and trackers across multiple concurrent projects.
• Establish priorities, dependencies, decision points, and approval processes.
• Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep work moving.
