Alaska Airlines is seeking a Studio Program Manager to lead its in-house creative studio operations and project delivery. As an individual contributor, you will manage projects from concept through production, prioritize work, and align with brand and business goals.
The role requires 4 years in a production role within a creative environment, a marketing/PM focused degree or equivalent experience, and demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and present work to stakeholders.

The Studio Program Manager is a subject matter expert in creative studio operations and project management at Alaska Airlines. As an individual contributor, this role exercises considerable judgment to make decisions in the efficient operations of the in‑house creative studio and provides recommendations to address workflow and overall process to deliver timely and accurate work.

$95,000 - $142,600 / year
Pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska/Horizon employees. Alaska/Horizon is committed to fair, unbiased compensation along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. Note: We don’t typically hire at the top of the range.
