Job summary

Code3 is seeking an Associate Director of Creative Strategy to set vision across a portfolio of midsize accounts and lead a team of strategists and designers. You will own testing agendas, translate data into insights, and partner with clients on performance-driven creative roadmaps for Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in paid social creative strategy and copywriting
• Experience managing mid to large size paid social accounts
• Experience mentoring strategists and designers
• Proven ability to translate performance data into actionable creative recommendations
• Strong client-facing presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Own paid social creative strategy across a portfolio of accounts
• Design and operate complex paid social testing agendas
• Manage and mentor a small team of strategists and designers
• Lead client presentations and build trusted advisor relationships
• Translate data into insights and next actions to move accounts toward goals
• Champion AI workflows to increase volume and velocity while maintaining quality
• Collaborate with media, analytics, and account teams to launch campaigns
