Mindful is seeking a Creative Strategist to own concepting and scripting for paid social apps. You will translate Meta performance data into compelling creative directions and scripts that our US-based editors can execute, shaping high-impact campaigns.

You will study competitors, monitor organic trends, and synthesize insights into fresh angles. The role rewards strong writers who can merge data with taste in a small, autonomous team.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience with UGC or creator-led ads.
• Experience with UGC related to software/apps is a bonus.
• Understanding of Meta ads and how to use Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong writing ability (concepts, hooks, scripts and creative direction).
• Ability to synthesize data, trends, and intuition into new concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret performance: Analyze Meta ad results and extract clear creative insights.
• Study the target customer and track competitors, identify patterns and opportunities.
• Develop strategy: Turn insights into creative angles and concepts.
• Write scripts: Produce clear, well-structured performance scripts for creators to film.
• Raise the bar: Improve creative quality, taste, and strategic rigor across concepts.
