Job summary

YaYa's Euro Bistro seeks a Restaurant Sous Chef to lead back-of-house operations and kitchen staff within a sophisticated, whimsical dining environment. You will collaborate with management to uphold high culinary standards and ensure adherence to sanitation regulations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in full-service restaurant leadership; culinary school is a plus. Experience in upscale casual dining is preferred. This role offers dining privileges, vacation time, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of full service restaurant culinary management experience.
• Upscale casual dining experience is preferred.
• Culinary school graduate is a plus but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• In this SC role, you will manage restaurant back of house / kitchen teams along with assistant manager roles and duties working as a member of the restaurant management team.
• KM, Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef or Culinary Manager experience is preferred in this Heart of House role.
