Luckin Coffee US is seeking a highly creative Social Media Manager and Content Creator for its NYC presence. Lead Instagram and TikTok efforts, turning product launches and coffee moments into engaging content.

You’ll own campaigns from concept to post, write hooks, script, film, edit, and analyze performance to inform future content. Expect fast-paced launches, collaboration with marketing and operations, and a hands-on, experimental approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in social media or content creation with a portfolio.
• Ability to develop original concepts and compelling hooks.
• Hands-on filming and editing for Instagram and TikTok.
• Ability to design experiments and analyze results.
• Experience managing agencies/creatives and briefs.
• Strong time management across concurrent launches.

Responsibilities

• Own social planning for product launches from concept to post-launch review.
• Develop original social concepts connecting product benefits to NYC culture.
• Build launch sequences and recurring content series.
• Film and edit short-form videos; direct on-camera talent as needed.
• Create social coverage for openings, partnerships and events.
• Manage calendars, captions, scheduling and publishing.
• Guide influencer outreach, briefs and asset reviews.
• Track performance and inform paid-media adaptation.
