You will work with our marketing director to identify content opportunities, shoot photos/videos on job sites and Tate locations, and publish across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

The role blends in-field content with remote editing and strategy, requiring initiative, trend awareness, and the ability to translate technical topics into engaging

Qualifications

• Approx. 2-5 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or related field.
• Strong photography and videography skills for field content.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video for social media.
• Understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit job sites, customer locations, branches, events to capture photo and video content.
• Work with technicians, account managers, rental teams, leadership to uncover stories.
• Create short-form and video-first content for multiple platforms.
• Edit and format content for platform-specific requirements (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Maintain Tate's digital library of photography and video assets.
