Guaranteed Rate Companies is seeking a highly creative Social Media Manager to oversee the digital presence of Rate Loan Officers across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more. This hands-on role combines design, content creation, and strategy to grow reach and strengthen personal brands.

You will design visuals, craft on-brand copy, and use data to refine content. A portfolio plus 2+ years in related roles is required; advanced Canva skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, graphic design, content creation.
• Strong graphic design skills and a portfolio.
• Advanced Canva skills; Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, analytics, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Loan Officer social profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow reach, engagement, and brand presence.
• Design and produce high-quality social content: graphics, carousels, Reels, thumbnails.
• Create logos, templates, color palettes, typography, and overall brand direction for Loan Officers.
• Edit short-form video content and repurpose content across platforms.
• Develop content calendars aligned with goals and personal brands.
• Write on-brand social copy and contribute to campaigns.
• Track and report key metrics; translate data into actionable growth ideas.
