Job summary

Foundry Capital is seeking a creative social media specialist to own our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more. You’ll develop content, shoot and edit assets, and collaborate with our development and leasing teams to showcase design, spaces, and lifestyle across properties.

This role combines on-site work at our West Plano office with hybrid flexibility. You’ll plan posts, craft compelling captions, and help grow the brand’s audience by telling authentic stories about our

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for business or brand social media accounts.
• Strong eye for design, architecture, and visual storytelling.
• Comfort shooting and editing photo/video on mobile or camera.
• Proficient with Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Meta Business Suite or similar.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a regular posting schedule across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
• Brainstorm content ideas for each property type, from offices to luxury spaces.
• Create posts with photos, short-form video, reels, graphics, and captions.
• Visit properties to capture construction progress, design details, and finished spaces.
• Collaborate with leasing and development teams on announcements and milestones.
• Track engagement, reach, and follower growth; adjust strategy accordingly.
• Stay current on real estate, architecture, and design trends.
