Job Description

The Creative Services Specialist Internship will begin in June and end in December 2027.

Are you interested in building your skills in graphic design and creative production while gaining hands‑on experience in a professional environment? As a Creative Services Specialist Intern, you'll support the production of print media for catalogs, catalog support materials, and corporate materials. You'll work with creative teams to build and revise layouts, prepare accurate electronic documents, and help ensure projects meet established brand, technical, and print standards.

What You'll Do

As a Creative Services Specialist Intern, you'll gain hands‑on experience supporting the production of catalog and print materials from layout through final production. You'll use Adobe InDesign and a content management database to create, update, and review electronic documents while developing your eye for accurate and visually appealing layouts. In addition you will:

• Update electronic documents based on catalog changes and review page elements for accuracy, consistency, and established standards.
• Place high‑resolution product images, logos, and other creative assets into layouts according to project specifications.
• Review layouts for graphic appearance, product information, legal information, pricing, and alignment with database and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Creative Services Managers, Art Directors, and other cross‑functional partners to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.
• Help prepare and review electronic documents for print production, ensuring required components and information are accurate and complete.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with strong attention to detail and enjoys working in a collaborative production environment. You'll need an eye for effective graphic layouts, the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects, and an interest in learning the technical side of print production. A combination of relevant education and work experience will be considered. Ideally, you'll be pursuing a degree in Graphic Art, Marketing, or a related field. In addition you must have:

• At least Junior standing; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• A cumulative GPA of 2.80 or higher
• Experience with graphic layouts and computers, including Adobe InDesign and Excel; experience with Acrobat and databases is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to recognize clear, accurate, and visually appealing layouts; knowledge of marketing and print production is also important.

This position is not eligible for remote work and would require you to work onsite at our headquarters in Monroe, WI for the duration of your internship.
