Job summary

Colony Brands in Monroe, WI offers a Creative Services Specialist Internship from June to December 2027. You will support the production of catalogs and print materials, helping update layouts, place assets, and ensure brand and print standards are met.

You will gain hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign, Excel, Acrobat, and databases, collaborating across teams to create accurate, visually compelling documents in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Graphic Art, Marketing, or related field.
• Junior standing with GPA 2.80 or higher.
• Experience with graphic layouts and computers, including Adobe InDesign and Excel; Acrobat and databases a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with clear, accurate and visually appealing layouts.

Responsibilities

• Support production of catalog and print materials from layout through final production.
• Update electronic documents based on catalog changes and review page elements for accuracy.
• Place high-resolution product images, logos, and other assets into layouts per project specs.
• Review layouts for graphic appearance, product information, legal information, pricing, and brand standards alignment.
• Collaborate with Creative Services Managers, Art Directors, and cross-functional partners to incorporate feedback and revisions.
