Job summary

Colony Brands, Monroe, Wisconsin, is seeking an AI Image Production Specialist Intern to join our Creative Marketing production team. You will use generative AI tools and Photoshop on-site in Monroe to transform product photography into brand-aligned lifestyle imagery, building room settings and environments for catalogs.

You will refine AI-generated content, collaborate with Art Directors, and deliver production-ready assets while meeting deadlines through December 2027.

Qualifications

• At least Junior standing; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• A cumulative GPA of 2.80 or higher.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, along with familiarity with generative AI image tools and techniques.
• Understanding of image compositing principles, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow creative direction.
• Ability to create effective prompts that produce realistic, brand-aligned visual environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine AI prompts to achieve creative outcomes that align with brand standards.
• Composite products into AI-generated environments while maintaining accurate scale, perspective, lighting, shadows, and product details.
• Use Adobe Photoshop to retouch imagery, correct AI-generated artifacts, and create seamless, production-ready images.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, incorporating creative direction and feedback while meeting production deadlines.
• Prepare organized, non-destructive Photoshop files and completed assets for handoff to downstream creative and digital teams.

Job Description

The AI Image Product Specialist Internship will begin in June and end in December 2027. Are you interested in the intersection of artificial intelligence, photography, and creative production? As an AI Image Production Specialist Intern, you'll use generative AI tools, Adobe Photoshop, and macOS to transform traditional product photography into realistic, brand-aligned lifestyle imagery. Working onsite with our Creative Marketing production team in Monroe, Wisconsin, you'll gain hands-on experience creating room settings, backgrounds, and other imaginative environments around photographed products. You'll refine AI-generated content, integrate products accurately into each scene, and help prepare polished imagery for use across our brands and catalogs.

Qualifications

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual who is excited to explore how AI can be used in a professional image production environment. Ideally, you will be working towards a degree in Graphic Design or a related field. In addition you muse have:

• At least Junior standing; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• A cumulative GPA of 2.80 or higher
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, along with familiarity with generative AI image tools and techniques.
• Understanding of image compositing principles, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow creative direction.

This position is not eligible for remote work and would require you to work onsite at our headquarters in Monroe, WI for the duration of your internship.
