The Creative Services Manager will be in our Mooresville, NC location and focus on managing design and creative services to support our Retail & Ecommerce businesses. This position within the Marketing Department manages a team that is responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of design plus production solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion by partnering with our global counterparts. The Manager of Creative Serviceswill, while having a strong knowledge of brand strategy, market trends, and modern design practices, along with managing and leading multiple high-profile projects from conception to completion. The position will work with internal teams to develop design concepts for multiple design mediums from retail, ecommerce, social, and advertising. Must be proficient in photo and video direction and working in digital and print formats. They will provide oversight into the management of digital assets including photography and assume team’s project ownership as it relates to assigned areas.
