The Inventory Returns Processor is responsible for maintaining inventory control within the warehouse and SAP systems. This role is responsible for problem solving inventory issue and accurately processing inbound return goods within the warehouse, ensuring inventory levels remain accurate. This position will have contact with multiple customers, evaluate product, prepare, and maintain the documentation process while determining the best outcome for each returned item.
This role requires cross-functional teamwork within the warehouse operations team, supply chain planning, and finance business areas to ensure overall inventory integrity.
