Job summary

Dairy MAX is seeking a hands-on Creative Services Manager to design and elevate visual content across its brands. You will translate marketing strategies into cohesive visuals, guide photographers and editors, and ensure timely delivery that aligns with brand objectives.

The role requires strong portfolio-based graphic design, expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and proven ability to manage multi-brand campaigns with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in graphic design or creative services with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience managing multiple brands with distinct identities.
  • Strong visual storytelling and ability to drive engagement.
  • Experience directing photographers, videographers, editors, or external partners.
  • Familiarity with social, digital, and paid formats; Meltwater a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Concept, design, and produce visual assets across digital, social, web, and print needs for multiple campaigns.
  • Translate distinct brand identities into clear, consistent visual systems and templates.
  • Execute design work from concept through final production, including resizing, versioning, and asset delivery.
  • Translate marketing objectives and audience insights into strong visual storytelling that supports engagement and performance goals.
  • Edit and adapt social assets, including light video editing, short-form content, and platform-specific creative, to support social storytelling and channel needs.
  • Develop creative briefs, mood boards, and visual guidelines to support both design and production.
  • Oversee external photographers, videographers, and editors, providing direction on shot lists, edits, and final outputs.
  • Help oversee external agency and partner creative execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards, campaign objectives, and overall visual direction.
  • Review and approve creative assets to ensure brand alignment, quality, and effectiveness across channels.
  • Partner cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life, ensuring creative supports broader strategy and delivers against defined objectives.
  • Apply performance insights and channel best practices to optimize creative for impact and improve effectiveness over time.
  • Manage creative workflows, timelines, and asset organization across multiple brands and projects, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Job description

The Creative Services Manager is a hands-on designer responsible for executing and elevating visual creative across multiple brands. This role translates marketing strategies into compelling, on-brand design that drives storytelling, engagement, and performance, ensuring all creative is cohesive, high-quality, and effective across channels.

In addition to design execution, this role oversees external photographers, videographers, and editors, providing direction and feedback to ensure visual content aligns with brand standards, meets campaign objectives, and integrates seamlessly into broader creative systems. The role is also responsible for helping ensure creative work is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and contributes to measurable campaign and brand outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience
  • 3–5+ years in graphic design or creative services with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience executing creative across multiple brands with distinct identities.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with an understanding of how creative can drive engagement and performance.
  • Social content creation and editing skills, including experience with light video editing and adapting assets for social platforms.
  • Experience directing photographers, videographers, editors, or external creative partners.
  • Familiarity with social, digital, and paid media formats. Experience with Meltwater or similar social management platforms a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and accountability for creative outcomes.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
