Hy-Vee is seeking a Creative Services Manager to shape and execute creative strategy across marketing initiatives, blending hands-on design and art direction with team leadership and project oversight. Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in graphic design, art direction or creative services, including project leadership and mentoring creative team members.
• Experience developing integrated campaigns and collaborating with stakeholders and external partners.
• Portfolio demonstrating concept thinking, design execution and creative direction across channels.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design marketing assets for campaigns, in-store signage, digital advertising and emails.
• Lead projects from brief to delivery, developing concepts and cohesive executions across channels.
• Mentor designers with actionable feedback to strengthen craft and ownership.
• Balance resources, identify risks to timelines, and coordinate with agencies and partners.
• Ensure brand standards and design systems are maintained across platforms and touchpoints.
• Provide art direction to agencies, photographers and external collaborators; review final assets for quality.
