Job summary

Gildan is seeking a Manager, Creative Services to lead brand-differentiated creative for packaging, digital assets, in-store materials for U.S. retail brands.

You will report to the Lead Manager, Creative Services and work at our Winston-Salem, NC headquarters, coordinating cross-functional teams across Brand, Product, Packaging Engineering, Photography, and Digital. You will own intake, prioritization, timelines, and briefs; drive efficient workflows, champion tools and processes, guide a team

Qualifications

• 6+ years in creative management, brand marketing, or omni-channel roles.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, prioritization, planning and execution of creative projects.
• Drive efficient workflows, resource planning and governance.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Packaging Engineering, Photography and Digital teams.
• Lead creative briefs, define objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for delivery.
