Holmes Murphy & Associates invites applicants to join the CRS Internship for Summer 2027 in West Des Moines, IA. The 10-week, on-site summer program offers hands-on insurance industry experience, workshops, and exposure to multiple lines of business.

Interns will rotate through different departments, attend educational sessions, and present learnings to mentors and leadership. The program emphasizes mentorship, culture, and networking opportunities with industry leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or pursuing enrollment at a 4-year institution.
• Examples of prior majors’ interns have pursued: Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Health Promotion, Risk Management & Insurance, and more.
• Prior work experience is a plus, preferable in a customer service or administrative role.
