Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and design-savvy Creative Projects Manager to oversee and execute a variety of brand, media, and communications projects. This role requires a sharp eye for visual design, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple creative initiatives with efficiency and clarity. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a junior to mid-level position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage creative projects from concept to completion across branding, content, digital media, and events
• Draft clear, compelling copy for campaigns, websites, press releases, and internal materials
• Provide art direction and feedback on design elements to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity
• Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and freelancers to align on vision and execution
• Track project performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks to keep workflows moving smoothly

Requirements:

• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
• Strong eye for design and visual storytelling (experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva a plus)
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Experience in creative project management, marketing, communications, or related fields

Preferred:

• Based in Rhode Island or the New England area (but remote work is welcome)
• Available part-time (approx. 15–25 hours/week), with potential to expand into a full-time role for the right fit
