Job summary

Grace Church Eden Prairie is seeking a Creative Arts Associate to coordinate the production of weekly services and special events in the EP Auditorium and The Co. The role oversees service flow, content, and announcements, and works closely with Worship, Production, and Communications teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in production/creative fields, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. ProPresenter and planning tools are used daily; strong leadership and a Growing faith are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 2-4 years experience in Production/Creative field preferred.
• Knowledge of creative arts, production management, and AVL operations.
• Proven ability to lead and communicate across departments.
• Experience with planning and team communication tools (ProPresenter, Planning Center, Slack, Monday, Basecamp).
• Demonstrates a growing personal faith in Jesus Christ and alignment with Grace Church values.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of services and events for EP Auditorium and The Co.
• Produce Grace Church services and events (Sundays, The Co events).
• Oversee weekly service elements, announcements, and flow.
• Collaborate with Worship, Production, and Communications teams.
• Recruit, develop and support production volunteers and teams.
• Manage planning process for Sundays and special events; track and delegate needs.
• Ensure service quality, timing, and look align with Grace Church standards.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
