Job summary

Cornerstone Church seeks a Creative Programming Director who is a builder, idea generator, and mobilizer. The role leads collaborative efforts across departments, builds volunteer teams, and brings creative concepts to weekend worship experiences, conferences, and events.

You will partner with Worship, Production, Video, and preaching teams to execute with excellence while balancing budgets and timelines. A strong portfolio and leadership track are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a creative programming or leadership role at a church with weekly attendance of 5,000+.
• Proven leadership experience, with responsibilities comparable to a director-level role.
• Demonstrated management experience including staff and volunteer oversight.
• A portfolio of completed creative projects or live experiences showing leadership and execution.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive; able to meet deadlines with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative collaboration across departments with staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders.
• Recruit, develop, and mobilize volunteer and staff creative teams.
• Oversee ideation, development, and execution of creative elements for worship experiences and events.
• Collaborate with preaching, Worship, Production, Video, and other teams to ensure excellence.
• Balance ambition with budgets, timelines, and resources; build repeatable processes.
