Orci is seeking a Project Manager to keep our creative engine humming—placing the right people at the right place at the right time to deliver great work. You will own schedules, resources, approvals, and keep projects moving from brief to final delivery.

You’ll lead weekly stand-ups, coordinate across departments, and manage risks to prevent scope or budget drift. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience in an advertising agency or similar environment.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and workflow execution from kickoff through final delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Identify risks and issues, communicate status, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
