About Us

The Creative Experiences (CE) Project Manager acts as the main contact for creative projects aligning with our business goals. Responsibilities include managing processes, timelines, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring project briefs are strategic and complete, and escalating issues to maintain high standards and project momentum.

About You

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead project management for major cross-functional projects that define the brand and support business growth.
2. Identify process pain points, propose improvements, and participate in process initiatives to enhance efficiency.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders through open communication about project status, risks, and opportunities.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing critical tasks and resources.
6. Use existing project management systems to track progress, manage resources, and report performance.
7. Facilitate cross-functional communication within Marketing and other teams executing the UKG brand.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of project management experience in a creative or agency environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
• Experience working within a matrixed organization.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects confidently and work independently.
• Deep understanding of the creative process.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Additional experience managing diverse projects and working autonomously.
• Further understanding of the creative process.
