A fast-growing EdTech company is looking for a Creative Project Manager to lead the coordination of high-impact, cross-functional creative projects across design and media production teams. This role blends project management excellence with a solid understanding of the creative process—ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage multiple concurrent creative projects, balancing schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Collaborate directly with design, media, and content teams to clarify project needs and timelines
• Develop and maintain project plans, briefs, and key communications to align all stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact across teams for project status, approvals, and escalation
• Track progress across workstreams and offer proactive solutions to avoid roadblocks
• Ensure alignment across content types and departments with competing priorities
• Facilitate collaboration and shared milestones across internal stakeholders
• Write clear, accessible process documentation to support creative operations
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, editing, and review workflows
• Use Smartsheet and automation tools to reduce manual coordination and improve efficiency
• Support the team with process improvements and production support
• Perform other duties as needed to support cross-functional success

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related field
• 2–3+ years of experience in creative project management, ideally in a fast-paced agency or internal creative team
• Familiarity with creative workflows, brand guidelines, and digital/print deliverables
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through execution
• Experience using Smartsheet for project management and automation
• Experience using AI tools to enhance content production processes
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities across different teams and timelines
• Knowledge of digital asset types and requirements (web, social, print, etc.)
• Ability to maintain calm, focus, and collaboration in high-stakes or deadline-driven situations
• Prior experience in EdTech or education-related content production is a plus
