  2. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication from media buyers to creative resources.
  4. Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing delivery of creative assets, approvals, and feedback.
  5. Maintain clear project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
  6. Proactively identify risks to project schedules, develop mitigation strategies.
  7. Track project progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and adjusting timelines or resources as needed.
  8. Review final creative outputs, ensuring they meet project brief and platform-specific criteria before delivery.
  9. Participate in post-project reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  10. Review creative briefs to ensure they’re fully actionable before assignment.
  11. Manage ongoing project and campaign assignments in our PM software.

Working Hours: Full-time with flexible hours. Core overlap required between 9 AM to 1 PM MST.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  2. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, working with designers, video editors, and media buyers.
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp; we use Monday.com).
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and clients.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Brownie points for:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in project management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. Experience managing assets in a DAM (e.g., Air.in, BrandFolder, Bynder).

We’re looking for someone who is extremely organized, a self-starter, and thrives on working with multiple people throughout the day. You should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities. If you enjoy keeping creative teams aligned, ensuring projects run smoothly, and love an environment where communication is key, we’d love to meet you!
