Job summary

Jobtailor in Utah seeks a proactive Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams on creative projects, manage timelines, and unblock blockers as we scale AI-assisted workflows.

You will partner with design, content, and product teams, implement Asana-based processes, and evaluate new AI tools for production, QA, and reporting. Strong communication, organization, and client-style adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant project management work experience
• Familiarity or experience with Asana or equivalent project management software
• Analytical, problem-solving, independent, self-starting approach with high attention to detail and urgency
• Highly organized with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable adopting and experimenting with AI tools for task management, creative production, and cross-team communication
• Creative project management experience
• Experience with AI tools for workflow automation, asset QA, or creative ideation
• Ability to meet timelines and quality expectations
• Ability to adhere to client style guides and requirements
• Passion for creative problem-solving and an eye for design

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up timelines and communicate across multiple teams working on the same project
• Manage team tasks and help ensure proper, timely completion
• Build relationships with various departments to foster strong cross-team collaboration
• Help develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with escalated issues involving priorities, goals, strategies, resources, and company-wide initiatives
• Ensure teams have what they need and identify ways to unblock them
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven tools into project tracking, creative asset management, and reporting
• Oversee creative task and request processing from multiple teams and assign work to appropriate team members
• Coordinate across departments on tasks and campaign executions
• Assist with large-scale projects through planning, development, launch, stabilization, and close
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and projects with multiple cross-functional work streams
• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and evaluate their use for creative production, content QA, and workflow automation
