Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead a major organizational transformation in the United States, driving AI-enabled tool implementations and redesign initiatives across multiple teams.

You will coordinate workstreams, manage scope, timeline and budget, deliver executive dashboards, and present risks and outcomes to the C-suite, while guiding change management and end-user training to ensure smooth adoption.

Job description

• Serve as the client-side lead on program execution for an organizational redesign initiative and AI tool implementation
• Coordinate multiple workstreams in a highly visible strategic transformation program
• Validate project scope and tasks defined in the previous phase
• Oversee organizational design initiatives and support implementation of organizational change
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports to leadership and key stakeholders
• Present program updates, risks, and outcomes to C-suite executives
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve program efficiency and reporting
• Support change management efforts and smooth adoption across impacted teams
• Define scope, timeline, budget, resource needs, and manage the project plan from kickoff through go-live and post-implementation support
• Coordinate IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors or consultants
• Identify implementation risks, track issues to resolution, and elevate blockers
• Provide dashboards and executive-level summaries on progress, budget, and milestones
• Facilitate meetings to ensure progress and decision-making
• Oversee testing, end-user training, and change management activities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Project or Program Manager within large-scale organizational transformation efforts; multiple project references required
• Demonstrated experience with organizational design and change implementation
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools in a project/program management context
• Knowledge of project management methodologies deployed in large organizations
• Willingness to work early or late on occasion to support program deadlines
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite audiences
• Proficiency with various project management tools
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Highly collaborative team mindset working with cross-functional teams across all levels
• Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience strongly preferred
• Change management experience or certification preferred
• Experience with Smartsheet preferred
• Experience with Workday preferred
• Experience implementing AI automation tools preferred
• Willingness to commute to the East Coast for key client meetings
• Availability during M–F, 8:00–5:00 Eastern Time
• Must be on video for all remote calls and wear business casual attire
• U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship is asked in the application
