Job summary

Hobby Lobby Corporate seeks a dedicated Graphic Design Project Coordinator to join our Art & Creative team on site in Oklahoma City. You will manage production schedules, track assets, and ensure deadlines are met while coordinating with peers and clients.

The ideal candidate combines project management, attention to detail, and strong communication to keep projects moving smoothly and foster collaborative relationships across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience or qualifications in related field with demonstrated project management skills.
• Proficient with Mac and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Proficient knowledge of graphic design, editing, and proofreading preferred

Responsibilities

• Work closely with peers and set a tone of partnership between teams
• Gather, track, record, organize, and share information and assets with strong attention to detail
• Conduct research, complete projects, and prepare reports and files in a timely manner
• Learn new techniques, tools, and technology as required
• Anticipate obstacles and take initiative to communicate and problem-solve before/as they arise
• Seek and maintain excellent working relationships across the Department and Company
• Provide direction and feedback to team members effectively and positively through assigning and leading projects
