Job summary

Hobby Lobby seeks a Video Creative Coordinator for an on-site role in Oklahoma. You will take direction from the team leader, develop creative concepts, and guide the project from idea to final delivery, ensuring brand standards and timely execution.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2+ years of video experience with storyboarding, on-display photography, and tune selection; strong Adobe and Mac/Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, marketing or in-house org experience preferred.
• 2+ years of expert video experience preferred; storyboard, on-display photography, tune selection.
• Strong understanding of video production and post‑production processes.
• Excellent eye for layout and merchandising.
• Robust creative conceptualization and design talent.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Takes direction from the team leader to develop initial creative strategies and bring concept through to final delivery.
• Conceptualizes and compiles visuals to illustrate core creative vision and maintain design integrity from idea to execution.
• Creates outlines and storyboards for clear purpose, audience consideration, and appropriate techniques.
• Communicates with customers to collect activity records and materials, setting realistic expectations based on time, budget, and resources.
• Assists with assignment distribution and workload planning.
• Attends production and shoots to ensure the creative vision is implemented.
• Mentors the crew through the creative process, applying research and industry insights.
• Ensures imagery meets brand standards and can be adapted into templates.
• Keeps work trend-forward, authentic, and innovative.
• Reports issues to the group leader and provides solutions.
• Negotiates timelines and deliverables with stakeholders.
