  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Video Creative Coordinator

Salary: $20–30 per hour

Location: Trenton, USA (requires on‑site presence in Oklahoma; telecommuting not available)

Key Responsibilities
  • Takes direction from the team leader to develop initial creative strategies and bring concept through to final delivery.
  • Conceptualizes and compiles inspirational visuals to illustrate core creative vision and maintain design integrity from idea to execution.
  • Creates outlines and storyboards for clear purpose, audience consideration, and appropriate creative and technical techniques.
  • Communicates with customers to collect activity records and materials, setting realistic expectations based on time, budget, and resources.
  • Assesses workload and resources, assisting the crew leader with assignment distribution.
  • Ensures the creative vision is implemented by attending production and shoots, and participating with the video production crew during all stages.
  • Leads and mentors the crew through the creative process, applying research, analytics, and industry insights.
  • Guarantees imagery meets brand standards and can be adapted into precise templates.
  • Ensures all creative work stays trend‑forward, authentic, and innovative.
  • Provides craft knowledge and collaboration as needed.
  • Relays feedback to team members efficiently and diplomatically.
  • Balances client desires, business requirements, and design standards.
  • Mentors crew to resolve issues and present solutions to the leader and customers.
  • Negotiates timelines and other deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Builds strong client relationships and acts as a trusted marketing consultant.
  • Suggests modifications to improve overall performance or methods.
  • Completes assignments on time according to the art route and client needs.
  • Maintains current knowledge of layout trends and learns new techniques, gear, and technology as required.
  • Reports work‑related issues to group leader.
  • Enters video display unit task data in MARVIN and prepares reports.
  • Follows all warehouse strategies and art/creative safety regulations.
  • Adapts to additional duties as assigned.
  • Contributes to the team with high‑quality attitude.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Marketing or in‑house organization experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of expert video experience preferred; experienced in storyboarding, on‑display photography, and tune selection.
  • Strong understanding of video production and post‑production processes.
  • Excellent eye for layout, composition, and merchandising.
  • Robust creative conceptualization and design talent.

  • Ability to provide, accept, and practice critique and feedback.
  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 20kg, bend, stoop, and climb ladders or stairs as required.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Posses high proficiency with Mac and Microsoft workplace tools.
  • Superior understanding of Adobe Creative Suite; basic knowledge of CaptureOne.
  • Adherence to fast‑paced, deadline‑driven work environments.
  • Must be able to work on site in Oklahoma; telecommuting not offered.
