Resources for Human Development (RHD) Center for Creative Works (CCW) in Wynnewood, PA is seeking a Team Lead to guide artists and staff within a progressive art studio. The role combines leadership, direct support, and creative programming to foster meaningful daily experiences for neurodivergent artists.

You will mentor frontline staff, coordinate services, and help maintain an engaging, inclusive studio environment while ensuring program goals align with the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an art-related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line guidance and mentorship to frontline staff.
• Support employee performance and professional development.
• Assist with organizing, scheduling, and distributing work assignments.
• Keep staff informed regarding policies, procedures, and program updates.
• Support implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
• Assist leadership with programmatic and operational initiatives.
• Promote professionalism, teamwork, and positive communication.
• Work directly alongside artists in the studio environment.
• Provide direct support and assistance as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with artists, families, guardians, and team members.
• Promote independence, self-expression, and artistic development.
• Support artists in achieving meaningful daily experiences and personal goals.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and creative environment.
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager and program leadership on assigned projects.
• Support exhibitions, promotions, and community engagement activities.
• Assist with studio operations and daily workflow.
• Support administrative, programmatic, and organizational functions.
