Job summary

We are looking for a Program Manager to ensure the health and quality of mid-to-large scale client projects at a leading organization in New York. This role requires experience in leading multidisciplinary marketing and advertising projects.

The successful candidate will manage project delivery, partner closely with various teams, and contribute to a culture of efficiency and excellence. Compensation ranges from $60,800 to $93,600 annually, reflecting the candidate's skills and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years project or program management experience in a creative services organization.
• Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies, process and tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium-scale projects end to end, from strategy brief to asset delivery.
• Partner with Creative to shepherd and manage the evolution of creative work.
• Develop scopes, staffing plans, and estimates for medium-scale projects.

Skills

Project or program management experience

Understanding of project management methodologies

Working knowledge of MS Office

Experience with JIRA and Basecamp
