Qualifications

• 2-4 years project or program management experience in a creative services organization with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, process and tools including staffing, scoping and estimating.
• Knowledge of MS Office and project management software such as JIRA, Basecamp, MS Project and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium-scale projects end to end from strategy brief to asset delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Creative to shepherd evolution of work and ensure quality from concept to delivery.
• Provide solutions‑oriented program management with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Develop scopes, staffing plans and estimates for engagements, managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Work with Resource Management and Finance on staffing, scoping and budgeting to protect margins.
• Contribute to a culture of delivery efficiency and excellence within the PM department.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders and enforce processes, workflows, and tools for profitable delivery.
• Collaborate with Client Services and Finance to manage business challenges and client relationships.
