You will lead, mentor, and align a high-functioning group of artists with game production and design objectives, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will partner with cross-functional teams, improve workflows, and build scalable processes while maintaining a culture of inclusivity and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with licensed products, entertainment franchises, external creative collaborators, or brand extensions.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
