Job summary

Goalhanger is seeking a Lead Creative Producer to head a new unit focused on the production of branded content across podcasts and social. Based full-time in our Oval office, you will line manage Creative Producers and Video Editors, guiding projects from signed deals through to delivery while ensuring high quality and excellent client experience.

You will translate client objectives into authentic content for our shows, working across a growing range of clients and formats, solving problems

Qualifications

Significant experience creating and delivering branded content for podcasts, video, or social formats.
Proven track record leading a creative production team and delivering multiple projects on time.

Responsibilities

Lead the creative production and workflow of branded content across podcasts and social.
Line manage Creative Producers and Video Editors; set priorities and workloads.
Coordinate with Account Director/Managers to align timelines and client expectations.
Act as the creative point of contact for clients from brief to delivery.
Translate client objectives into show-appropriate content with talent and teams.
Lead production plans and treatments for shoots, including talent and tone.
Collaborate with editors to ensure content meets the brief and is publish-ready.
Suggest improvements to briefs and identify new commercial formats.
