Job summary

Hallow is seeking a Producer to own end-to-end production for a growing slate of content and serve as the planning and operations backbone for our expanding media slate. The role partners with the Head of Studios to shape creative direction, identify new formats, and grow our audience across audio and video.

You’ll lead the flagship production from concept to release, build robust production systems, and coordinate talent with hosts and guests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production experience
• Experience managing multiple shows or formats
• Talent-friendly and able to work with hosts/guests
• Familiarity with Catholic media or quickly learn new audience/culture

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall creative direction of the content slate with the Head of Studios
• Lead end-to-end production of a flagship show: planning, coordination, recording, post-production and release
• Build and maintain run-of-show docs, editorial calendars, and production workflows
• Support the wider content slate as the portfolio scales
• Coordinate talent and logistics, including on-location shoots
• Oversee quality and distribution across the Hallow app, YouTube and other platforms
