Job summary

Goalhanger is seeking an Account Executive, Client Projects to support the delivery of branded content partnerships and advertising campaigns across audio, video, and social platforms. This full-time role is based in our Oval office.

You will help campaigns run smoothly by coordinating with internal show teams, producers and external clients, managing timelines, assets and reporting, and assisting with invoicing and budget tracking.

• Confidence with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Previous media/advertising experience is a plus but not required.
• Desirable familiarity with podcast advertising or ad-serving platforms such as Megaphone.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in delivering client service and campaigns.
• Coordinate scheduling and delivery of commercial social content.
• Manage upload and delivery across ad operations platforms.
• Work with show teams to coordinate delivery of assets.
• Maintain project timelines and track deliverables.
• Build and maintain commercial trackers and resources.
• Produce client-facing campaign reports with performance data.
• Support invoicing, budget tracking and reconciliation.
• Help maintain efficient campaign workflows and processes.
