Edit Media Group in Los Angeles is seeking a motivated Production Assistant to support studio operations, wardrobe prep, and logistics. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in production, studio management, and creative operations.

You will work closely with our Production & Studio Manager to keep shoots running smoothly, manage wardrobe, inventory, and drive organizational systems across Google Drive, while performing on-set errands and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Self-starter eager to learn and take direction.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Comfortable with physical tasks like steaming, packing, and carrying boxes.
• Interest in creative production, fashion, or media; prior experience a plus but not required.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production & Studio Manager with day-to-day studio and shoot operations.
• Steam and prep wardrobe for shoots.
• Pack, unpack, and organize client and prop inventory.
• Handle Amazon/UPS returns and shipping logistics.
• Google Drive file/folder organization and upkeep.
• Assist with craft services, coffee runs, and on-set errands.
• Maintain studio upkeep, organization and administrative tasks.
• Serve as a reliable right hand to ensure productions run smoothly.
