You will shape brand identity, craft compelling design concepts, and manage teams of graphic and industrial designers to deliver high‑impact product IDs and content. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Design, Mechanical Eng, or related field.
• 10+ years in creative roles with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record developing strategies for consumer/enterprise smart devices.
• Strong portfolio with hardware and software product work.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the creative vision for consumer and enterprise initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team of designers.
• Collaborate with product marketing, engineering, and sales to craft cohesive concepts.
• Oversee digital content, visual assets, and design guidelines.
• Maintain brand messaging and visual identity across channels.
• Present concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
