Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of professional graphic design with a strong portfolio across channels.
• Strong traditional design background: typography, layout, composition, color, art direction and storytelling.
• Portfolio shows brand, marketing, digital and campaign work.
• Experience creating high‑quality AI-generated imagery for product and lifestyle.
• Proficient with leading AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT and others listed.
• Ability to create authentic, premium, on‑brand AI visuals.
• Deep photography understanding for AI content creation.
• Experience merging traditional workflows with AI production.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to final production independently.
• Strong presentation, communication and creative problem‑solving.
• Clear POV on design excellence, trends and AI in visual communication.
• Experience mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities
