Job summary

CG Creative Studios, a creative communications and production agency, is seeking an experienced Creative Producer to support presentation and content development across client programs. Description

CG Creative Studios is a creative communications and production agency specializing in corporate events, brand experiences, presentations and creative content. We’re looking for an experienced Creative Producer to support presentation and content development across a variety of client programs.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who knows how to take presentation and content deliverables from brief through final delivery. You will work closely with our strategy, creative, account and production teams to keep content development moving, the right resources engaged, schedules and review cycles on track, and final deliverables polished and presentation ready.

What You'll Own

• Manage presentation and content deliverables from kickoff through final delivery
• Build and manage project schedules, milestones, content development, review rounds and approval paths
• Coordinate resources including strategists, writers, Creative Directors, Art Directors, presentation designers and other creative partners
• Manage content collection, outlines, drafts, creative handoffs, version control, reviews and approvals
• Manage presentation development across templates, keynotes, executive presentations, event decks and supporting materials
• Coordinate messaging, copy and visual development to ensure content, strategy and design stay aligned
• Track project budgets, hours and scope against approved plans
• Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed of progress, priorities, dependencies and risks
• Anticipate scheduling, content or approval bottlenecks and raise them early
• Partner with Strategy and Creative leadership to maintain message clarity, brand integrity and creative quality
• Keep project information, schedules, source content and files organized and current

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience producing presentations, content or creative work in an agency or similarly fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience managing presentation development and content workflows
• Strong working knowledge of Keynote, PowerPoint and Google Slides
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Experience coordinating writers, strategists, designers and senior stakeholders through iterative review processes
• Comfortable managing budgets, schedules, resources and client expectations
• Highly organized, proactive and able to identify what needs to happen next without waiting to be directed
• Comfortable working directly with clients, Strategy, Creative and Production teams
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the broader story, message or project objective

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience producing executive presentations, keynote decks, event presentations or sales and marketing presentations
• Experience managing content development including messaging, outlines, scripts, copy and presentation narratives
• Experience working with presentation designers and understanding presentation design workflows
• Experience developing or supporting scopes, estimates and creative budgets
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, Slack and project management/resource tools
• Background working with B2B or enterprise clients
• Experience with corporate events or executive communications
• Ability to understand strategic and creative intent and provide meaningful production guidance, not simply track tasks
