The candidate will prototype, test, and refine formats with internal teams, manage budgets and timelines, and incorporate audience feedback to ensure high-quality production and successful launches.

Qualificações

• Experience in creative production across gaming, interactive media, immersive storytelling, or emerging media.
• Background across different media formats and storytelling platforms; traditional audio or podcast production alone is not sufficient.
• Strong understanding of interactive storytelling, narrative development, and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, generative models, and LLMs, with an interest in creative applications.
• Experience with XR, VR, or other interactive platforms is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, including budgets, timelines, and multiple deliverables.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with operational and organizational demands.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable in an experimental environment where ideas are prototyped and refined.

• Work closely with internal technical teams to prototype, test, and refine new storytelling formats and interactive experiences.
• Manage production timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate talent, vendors, and external production partners throughout the development and production process.
• Oversee multiple production workstreams while maintaining creative quality and consistency.
• Incorporate audience research and feedback to improve and refine the overall experience.
• Partner with internal teams across content, production, marketing, and PR to support successful project delivery and launch readiness.

• Strong project management skills, including experience managing budgets, timelines, production schedules, and multiple deliverables.
