Job summary

New York Technology Partners seeks a creative producer to lead innovative storytelling experiences across gaming, immersive media, and XR/VR. The role focuses on exploring AI-driven concepts and collaborating with writers, technologists, and producers to deliver engaging narratives.

The candidate will prototype, test, and refine formats with internal teams, manage budgets and timelines, and incorporate audience feedback to ensure high-quality production and successful launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative production across gaming, interactive media, immersive storytelling, or emerging media.
• Background across different media formats and storytelling platforms; traditional audio or podcast production alone is not sufficient.
• Strong understanding of interactive storytelling, narrative development, and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, generative models, and LLMs, with an interest in creative applications.
• Experience with XR, VR, or other interactive platforms is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, including budgets, timelines, and multiple deliverables.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with operational and organizational demands.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable in an experimental environment where ideas are prototyped and refined.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development and production of an innovative interactive storytelling experience from concept through final delivery.
• Collaborate with writers, creative talent, technologists, and production partners to develop immersive narrative experiences.
• Explore and experiment with AI, generative models, and LLMs to bring concepts to life.
• Work with internal technical teams to prototype, test, and refine storytelling formats.
• Manage production timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate talent, vendors, and external partners throughout development and production.
• Oversee multiple production workstreams while maintaining creative quality and consistency.
• Incorporate audience research and feedback to improve the experience.
• Partner with internal teams to support project delivery and launch readiness.
