Job summary

Avispa MedOps is seeking a Creative Producer to develop and produce an innovative fiction audio experience from concept through final delivery. This onsite role is available in Newark, NJ (preferred) or Los Angeles, CA, at 40 hours per week on a 9-month assignment.

You will collaborate with writers, production talent, and technologists to prototype concepts, manage talent and production partner engagements, and ensure milestones are met while exploring new tools and technologies for immersive

Qualifications

• Experience working in a writers' room
• Experience experimenting with new production tools and technologies
• Experience managing production schedules, tracking budgets, and keeping complex workflows on course.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce an upcoming original title from concept through a fully delivered audio experience within the contract period.
• Collaborate with writers, production talent, and technologists to build immersive narrative experiences and bring concepts to life with new tech.
• Manage talent and production partner engagements, including offers and contracting, and handle creator relationships with sensitivity and craft.
• Manage production quality, budget, and schedule across concurrent workstreams to meet milestones within the 9-month timeline.
